Custom Filtration and Plumbing is seeking a motivated, experienced Service Technician to deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise. Our goal is to provide service success that improves customer satisfaction, builds lasting relationships, and supports company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Handle installation, repair, maintenance, and plumbing tasks on-site
• Diagnose issues, determine proper solutions, and complete work efficiently
• Produce accurate and timely service reports
• Document processes and job details thoroughly
• Safely operate company vehicles
• Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and protocols
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge across the organization
• Understand customer needs and provide professional recommendations
• Build positive and lasting customer relationships
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning
• Operate and complete sewer camera inspections
• Participate in an “on-call” rotation (nights and weekends)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in all phases of plumbing
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Flexible to work varying shifts and adapt to schedule changes
• Ability to problem-solve independently and work effectively as part of a team
